Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

- LLLeeSep 19, 20251.0Terrible customer service. This was the worst treatment I've ever had at a Lulu. They're usually so good. I was the only customer in the store and there were three employees. No greeting. I felt ignored. Two male employees at the front counter were doing nothing but flirting with each other so loudly I couldn't hear anything else in the store. I can literally tell you every comment they made to each other and it was not fun to have to hear because they didn't stop for a second even to breathe. Mostly they kept bragging about how good of a store it was for training purposes, but I did not receive any service or help from them. The girl that was working the fitting room saw me carrying around eight items and looked annoyed when I asked if I could have a fitting room please so I could go find another item and didn't have to hold so many things. I ended up putting everything back and going to a different store in Castle Rock where I had 5 out of 5 star treatment. I will not be returning to this location. I spent $300 somewhere else.
