  placed an order during their recent sale when items were listed at a great discounted price. I received a confirmation email, but later Lululemon cancelled my order saying there was a “system issue.” Now the same items are back online — just at full price. It’s really disappointing that Lululemon didn’t honor the sale price or offer any fair resolution, especially after confirming my purchase. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience makes me question how much they value their shoppers’ trust.

  I always love shopping at this location. It’s clean, organized and everyone is always so nice. Special shout out to Jordan. She was the nicest employee I’ve ever encountered. She was so kind and incredibly helpful.

  I’ve been a longtime lululemon fan and have visited a lot of stores nationwide. This was hands down one of my top two customer service experiences with Lululemon. Every service member was engaging, friendly, positive and complimentary. From top tier product knowledge and sizing recommendations from Casey (I hope I spelled that correctly) to the cashier asking me if I had a bag size/ color preference. Absolutely the sweetest people. Well done hiring and retaining high performing staff! This will be my go to location for in store shopping from now on.

  Update: submitted an inquiry online and they are accepting my returns without issue. Don’t waste your time going to this location. TLDR: associate made me jump through hoops and STILL refused to help me. I’d recommend any other Lululemon location after today. I have visited this store location several times with a fine experience but after today I will not be returning and the experience was so frustrating it truly has tainted my experience towards Lululemon in general. There are many frustrations that I could highlight but my main complaint is they’re unwilling to assist with a pair of leggings claiming there was pet hair on them. I came in to process a return and get assistance with leggings where the seam was coming apart. The store manager advised she could not help with the leggings due to pet hair and told me to come back once I lint rolled them. It was busy in the store and so I figured she was just not in the mood to deal with it. The leggings were clean but I hang dry them and there was very minimal hair on them. Per her direction I lint rolled them and returned 15 minutes later. The same person still was unwilling to assist claiming there was hair on them and just told me to come back tomorrow. Another team member made a comment of “oh we can take those” but they still refused to. I reminded her that she was the one who just asked me to lint roll and come back and I asked her to please call out where there was pet hair. She simply stated she cannot help me because of the hair. If there was truly hair on them or they were dirty, I’d understand. But they weren’t. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience to the point where it led me to leave a ranting review.
