Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
Google says it was open when it wasn’t. Phone # doesn’t go anywhere and business hours aren’t listed anywhere on the property.

I had a great experience at the Brentwood location today. The ladies that helped me with my selection in the changing rooms were super helpful, and my transaction was finalized by Rob who was very personable, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thankyou to the whole team!

Why don't the changing rooms have doors?
The staff member opened the curtain while I was trying on a pair of leggings. He knocked and before I could answer opened the curtain. He did apologise but it was so embarrassing and humiliating. Never shopping in-store again.

I witnessed clear racial profiling here today. An Educator asked a POC customer for their name before letting them into the fitting room—but didn’t ask me or my husband the same. We're caucasian. It was obvious and discriminatory.

Racially Profiled and Humiliated at Lululemon — Completely Unacceptable
It truly saddens me to write a negative review for a brand my family has loved and supported for years. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at Lululemon, and it’s always been one of our favourites — until now.
On August 5th around 6:30 PM, my mother and I walked into this Lululemon store, browsed politely like any regular customer, and left. No alarm went off. We didn’t act suspicious. Nothing about our behaviour warranted concern. Yet minutes later, security approached us in the parking lot because a staff member “wanted to know what was in our bag” — the same bag we walked into the store with.
We were pulled back inside like criminals. No one saw us do anything. No cameras were checked. Just an unfounded, racially and religiously charged assumption — because my mother wears a hijab.
I opened the bag, showed everything, and proved we had taken nothing. Still, no apology. No acknowledgment of the humiliation we went through.
We were profiled. Followed. Accused. Publicly embarrassed. For absolutely no reason.
This was not a misunderstanding. It was blatant discrimination. And it was disgusting. Lululemon needs to take full responsibility.
