I had the nicest experience at this Lululemon thanks to Maddie and her colleague Jess! I mentioned I was shopping for a Disney World trip, and Maddie was such a sweetheart, she went out of her way to find the exact jacket I’d been looking for and was genuinely so excited about it too. Both she and Jess were so kind and welcoming, and their thoughtfulness honestly made my day. It was such a lovely surprise and one of those little moments that really stick with you. The kind gesture really made my day. Thank you both for being so wonderful! 🩷

We were just going to look but ended up trying on lots of things (and buying) because the prices were very good… but actually the service was even greater! Thank you to everyone there, and special mention to Sandy, Sam and Prince for making us feel special and seen. Besides work-out clothes for the adults and teenagers, we also got the knapsack for the little one 😊

Had a great experience at this outlet location! It was my first time in the store and I didn’t know my size, and Prabh helped me find my size, in the most respectful way possible! Sometimes, it feels like some retail workers can be condescending about sizing and people tend to be ashamed, but I didn’t feel any of that with her. I was very comfortable sharing what fit me best and she seemed genuinly happy to help me. She also led me to the fitting room, where she constantly checked in with me and asked to see how I was feeling in the outfits she styled for me. I really appreciated how she gave me her honest opinion on how something fit while also complimenting how another suited me so well. I wasn’t having a really great day, but her positivity was really refreshing to see! I left the store happy and with new clothes, will definently be back again.

This is an outlet so the sales and the inventory is different every week! Somedays it’s a hit, somedays it’s a miss, but that is normal for an outlet store! Depending on the day you’ll get extremely low prices for some items as well! I find the more you go when they first open, they have more of the middle/common sizes left! Staff is also very friendly and will try to help you out to their abilities!

I went into the store yesterday and the Indian female sales associate was very annoying. She was desperately trying to be helpful but has zero knowledge about sizing and insisted that I try on a size 4 in the sports bra that she picked out for me and said “please do it for me”. Why do I need to do anything for anyone in the store just to appease them when it’s my time and money? I kept telling her that I tried other bras in another Lululemon store and am a size 8 or medium in bras. But she kept insisting that I try different sizes even though size 4 and size 8 is a huge difference. It was condescending of her to tell me what my size is or what would fit me. Please train your associates with sizing first before letting them dictate what sizes customers are. It’s a very unprofessional image when associates are pushy and completely off with sizing.
