We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    Stopped in Tuesday night, about half hour before close. I was in from out of town, and don’t typically shop at Lululemon, it was for a friend back at home. The staff that was on that evening was exceptional. I had a list of items that I was to be on the look out for, which I knew nothing about. The women there, took my list, scoured the store for all available pieces in the size required, and put them out on the rack for me. After making my choices the staff rang me up right before closing and were very polite. They deserved some recognition for sure. Thank you again from this outta towner!

    If there was a choice of ZERO STAR, I would click it. I just had the worst shopping experience at a Lululemon outlet. I bought an item days ago, only to find it marked down by 30% shortly after. While I understand outlets don’t do price adjustments, I was told by a “store manager”(she is not) that I could exchange the item within 30 days for something else only if the jacket is with the tag. However, when I returned with the item in perfect condition, another so called manager said a different story. And the third manager showed up mins later! They confused us so much with their incomplete information and different narration. What an unorganized place.in front of their honoured MANAGERS, I felt like I was treated as a psychopath who was taking advantage from them instead a loyal customer who had spend thousands of dollars there. You can tell from the way they look at you and how they talk to you. Sorry from the mouth but “get out” from their mind A series of staff rotations, internal “meetings,” and shifting policies upset us greatly. My friend and I were left standing at the front, waiting and drained by their several secret meetings. What an internationally popular brand! Feels like no better than a convenient store at the street corner.problem didn’t solved at last! I have already contacted their headquarters and will keep trying to get the satisfaction that a customer should deserve. The most ridiculous part is When I expressed how disappointing this was and said I wouldn’t shop here again, they replied: “That’s fine!” Not one would beg YOU to support YOUR business. A brand that treats loyal customers this way isn’t worth a dollar more. I won’t be back, and I’ll be sure to tell my all my friends and families the same. Lululemon, you’ve lost my respect. Wish others are Lucky enough to keep feeling good there. Take care!
