  I went to the store today for a Quality Promise exchange and was shocked by the poor service. Brooklyn was arrogant, dismissive, and visibly impatient when I asked about the policy. When I requested to speak with a manager, she insisted that she was the manager, which only made the experience worse. Her unprofessional attitude left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. Considering how much customers pay for Lululemon products, this level of service is unacceptable. Lululemon customers deserve far better.

  Wife bought a pair of Leggings three weeks ago. After a few days we noticed they were ripping at the seam went to exchange them. We were told there’s nothing they can digit called liars and criminals because they claimed these pants were two years old and we exchanged them and tried to get a new ones. We explained we bought them three weeks ago. We showed them the receipt. They said they was Two years old pants and we were liars. Absolutely terrible customer service never been called a liars over pants especially in front of my daughter would definitely never go back to the store. Please be aware I think maybe employees are switching old pants and get a new ones. Then seeking them to customers at $160 a pair

  Really bad attitude from the staff members, literally unable to communicate clearly with respect. Not sure if it’s because I just got out of the gym and wasn’t looking like their “ideal customer”. Avoid please.
