  Hands down best lululemon I have been to, everyone Is awesome but from the second I walked in the store literally 5 minutes to close (yes I was that person) Dominique was the sweetest person ever! Just smiles and chatting all throughout our transaction she was helpful and so nice! Fav lulu and fav employees!

  Bought a pair of their woven air 7” shorts. After wearing them and washing them once the fabric started to pill and come apart on the back side. Took them in was told that because this was normal wear and tear that they could only offer me 25% off on an additional purchase. Very disappointing service as this was the first item I’ve ever had to return after years of buying their clothing

  Everyone loves their product but the service I get in the Prairie Mall outshines all of the other locations I’ve been to. They are so helpful with returns or exchanges. I couldn’t be happier with their service
