We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    I was the second friend with Owais Khan at Lululemon Champlain Mall, Moncton Mall, and I can confirm everything that happened. The staff member was unbelievably rude and acted like she was doing us a favor by even speaking to us. My friend had all the proof — the receipt, tags, and a jacket that looked brand new — and yet the lady kept saying it had a “smell.” We all checked it right there; there was no smell at all. It honestly felt like she just didn’t want to do her job. In Canada, we expect a basic level of respect and professionalism, but apparently not at this Lululemon. The way she handled the whole situation was full of attitude and arrogance. After seeing how they treated my friend today, I’ve lost complete respect for this brand. If this is what they call customer service, it’s an embarrassment. I’ll never step into a Lululemon store again.

    I was with my friend today at Lululemon dieppe and I’m absolutely shocked at how horrible the staff was. My friend went to return a jacket he bought just a week ago brand new, never worn, tags and receipt in hand. The lady at the counter was rude, arrogant, and flat-out refused the return claiming there was a “smell,” which none of us could smell at all. This is Canada, not some place where you treat paying customers like garbage. The way that employee spoke was totally unprofessional and full of attitude. It’s insane how a brand that claims to care about “quality and customer experience” allows this kind of behavior. If this is what Lululemon calls customer service, then it’s a joke. I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this because no one deserves to be treated this way after paying top dollar for their products.

    I bought a jacket from Lululemon one week ago at the Champlain Dieppe Mall never wore it, kept it in my car, and had the original receipt and tags. When I returned to the store to get a refund the staff member at the counter rudely refused and claimed the jacket had a “smell” — but couldn’t say what kind of smell. I had two friends with me who both checked and confirmed there was NO smell. Instead of helping, the associate was dismissive, rude, and refused the return without any real explanation. This is unacceptable from a brand that charges premium prices. I will never buy Lululemon again and I will not recommend this store to anyone. Management needs to train their staff or face losing customers. I really regret buying from here never ever going again! Fix this — or don’t expect my business (or my recommendations) ever again.

    Yui was extremely helpful and actually went out of her way to make sure I got what I exactly wanted. She is just so polite, kind and understanding that I am literally out of words. I wish everyone treated each other the way she treats the customers. She literally made me feel so important and special. Thank you, Yui!
