  Giving 5 stars because one of the girls was amazing tonight with great customer service … I went before 7 pm however one of the other girls didn’t seem to bother to take care of us and helped NO OTHER CUSTOMER. The other girl was getting people in fitting rooms and recommended so many things it made me purchase more than one item. However the girl that didn’t help anyone was quick to charge us idk if she gets commission but it’s not deserved just for reference I purchased online with the girl rise short high and then purchased Long sleeve in store but hopefully she doesn’t get commission it’s undeserved !

  Walked in for the very first time and hopes I’m buying my first pair and learning a thing or two of this company. 1. Walked-in with no greeting after passing 2 employees 2. I ask a question about the product and got a one answer response and walked away. 3. Did not ask me any qualifying questions. 4. I’ll never be coming back.

  Out of 5 stores I have visited, I had the worst experience at this store. :( I wanted to return something I purchased online with the tag. They didn’t even care to look and said no because the tag is not attached anymore!! The attitude from the staff (or could be store manager) is very rude and racist as if I am one of those not very valuable as a customer to them. I was able to return the exact same item at a different store.

  This store has issues with removing security devices after purchases. Not only is it a major embarrassment, but it's an inconvenience and leaves a bad first impression. An associate cleared the security tags, roughly shoved hundreds of dollars of products back into the bags and then handed them to me with items still loosely hanging out the top. I had to waste even more time re-adjusting things myself to make them fit as I stood there mortified. Not a good shopping experience. Paying customers shouldn't walk out the door embarrassed by false alarms.
