  I’ve tested this a couple times just to make sure I wasn’t overreacting. Every time I go into the store I get ignored and never greeted, no one comes up to me to assist with shopping or anything but as soon as a white person walks in they happily greet them. This is unprofessional and although I’ve gotten used to people doing this to me because of my ethnicity or color it doesn’t mean it’s right. There was only one time a girl greeted me but I have not seen her since.

  The past few times I have gone to lululemon I have had HORRIBLE customer service. Workers are rude especially a specific lady who I think is the manager. They are pushy and have ruined the experience of shopping at Lulu. I think to me the main issue is the manager I asked a question and in the back I could hear her chuckling and laughing with other employees while staring at me. Made me feel unappreciated and has ruined the experience of shopping at lululemon which I have always looked forward to and enjoyed. The manager at Lululemon was extremely rude during my visit and spoke to me in a dismissive, unprofessional tone. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store.
