We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    This has nothing to do with Lululemon products, which I really love. My concern is specifically with how the store manager, Sabrina, handled a phone inquiry. I called to ask about a particular item before driving out, and she came across as unfriendly and dismissive at the start. She only began listening and responding once I adjusted my tone of voice, which should not be the case in customer service. I truly believe she would benefit from additional training because other Lululemon stores I’ve contacted have been much more professional and welcoming. For example, the Charleston store is always friendly and easy to work with. Based on my experience, I would not recommend coming to this location.

    We traveled from Myrtle Beach after school to bring our daughters shopping, and had the most amazing experience at this Lululemon. Jess immediately jumped in to help all three of us at once—grabbing different sizes and colors, even ordering items to be shipped directly to us. Both Jess and Jayden stayed past closing time so we could finish shopping without ever making us feel rushed, and they checked us out with genuine smiles. The level of service we received was better than what I’ve experienced at luxury dealerships. Their patience, kindness, and positivity turned what could have been a stressful late-night shopping trip into a joyful family memory. I’m truly thankful for how they went above and beyond to make our night end on such a happy note.

    Chutna is AMAZING!!!! Give that beautiful woman a raise. She helped me out today at the Mt. Pleasant store with such kindness. I’m a customer for life.

    I recently made a purchase at Lululemon for $120. As we all know, Lululemon is not cheap. When I politely asked if I could please get a larger shopping bag, since the product didn’t even fit properly into the tiny one I was given, the employee rudely snapped back, saying: “If you had bought something bigger, I would’ve given you one.” Excuse me?! That kind of attitude is disrespectful, unprofessional, and disgusting. I came into the store to enjoy my shopping experience, to feel good about my purchase. Instead, I was talked down to and treated with complete disregard. The employee acted like a complete jerk. Lululemon, this is absolutely unacceptable. You are a premium brand, but your customer service is zero. I’m not staying quiet about this — I will be writing directly to your head office. This was not just poor service, it was blatant disrespect, and it genuinely ruined my day. You need to seriously reevaluate who you hire, because this kind of treatment will drive your loyal customers away. Do better.

    I’m not usually one to make bad reviews, but unfortunately my experience at this store was not very pleasant. I felt as if a lot of the customers we’re helped, except me. I’m not sure if they didn’t think i was going to buy anything considering i’m 20 years old and i was by myself, but i felt that customer service was lacking. Good location though, still bought a pair of leggings, just ended up helping myself find the right pair.
