  Was in the waterloo store to pick up a gift and the clerk at the till was awesome. "Ball Jasmine" was hilarious! She really does love her job! Best store to shop in.

  I shop at this location often and though there are closer locations, but due to the beyond exceptional customer service provided here it makes it worth the distance. In particular would like to express my extreme appreciation for Le-anne, every single time she continues to raise the bar with her amazing service and goes above and beyond to ensure the time while visiting the store is perfect.

  I had such a great experience purchasing my first lululemon outfit. I was confused about the sizing and one of the managers named Leanne helped me figure out my size and gave me some good advice on a few different styles that would look good on me. She was really helpful and I loved the set I got. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for my next set and hopefully I can get her to help me out again because she was amazing!

  Le-Anne is the only reason I come to this store. She’s fantastic is always willing to help find items, sizes and offers to grab other items for you. She’s absolutely amazing and I’ll continue coming this lululemon location because of her!

  The Waterloo location is the best . My daughter and I are black women and Leanne is amazing to represent black women at Lululemon. We are shaped differently, and she helps to make our decisions so much easier in reference to size and how it’s going to fit. When we see Leanne in the clothes, my daughter and I can see ourselves in the same outfits. Leanne is professional, knowledgeable and always there to help, with a smile. We try to go when she’s there , or when Laura is there as well , who is also amazing!
