  DO NOT Recommend this store. Terrible customer service. Bought a pair of sweatpants in early August this year, two months later fabrics started peeling and MULTIPLE holes are all over the sweatpants. Bought it back in store to see if they can do anything about it. The guy was saying because it’s in the middle of the fabric it is not covered by the quality promise. And kept gaslighting me saying it’s from how I wear it? Excuse me??it’s a sweatpants I’m not going rock climbing in this. Maybe all the holes are from me sitting on the couch in it? He just gave me a number for the client educator line to call. On the other hand, I brought the pants to Richmond location right after. They gave me a swapped right away with no problem. So what is your problem Bayshore store?

  I picked up something I order from online today and while I was in line to pick it up there was a tough customer that was giving the cashier a hard time about a return because she didn’t have the original card to do the return and the cashier I think handled the situation so well due to the customer just not accepting store policy(literally all she had to do was bring the proper payment method for the return). She was super sweet and helpful when she helped me out! I wanted to shout her out incase she got in trouble on how she handled it! (Friday July 11 at 5ish)
