I came in with my daughter today on 10/16 and honestly received the best service from trying out to the register. I wish I got the names of everyone but because of the service we ended up trying the shorts and actually buying them. I think the no pressure/no judgement really helped. The guy at the register even gave me an extra bag to give to my daughter’s friend who didn’t buy anything which made her day! I typically buy online but I left lululemon wanting to come back and buy more 🥰🥰

They need to hire better employees and have them well rained. Every time after dealing with them, I came up with ideas that I am never coming back to this location.

The bigger the size the cheaper the clothes sometimes which is nice for people starting to workout! Highly recommend the men’s anti ball crushing pants!

This past Christmas, I was gifted biker shorts that I absolutely loved and wore all summer. Unfortunately, during a recent vacation, a hole developed in the seam. I visited the Stonebriar location, hoping to get them replaced or repaired under Lululemon's quality promise. On my first visit, I was told I needed a receipt-- totally understandable, but difficult to find since it was a gift given to me by my dad, who didn't have an account. After coming back with the receipt, a second employee told me I also needed to bring an adult (I'm 17). Again, valid policy, but it would've saved me two extra trips if all of that had been explained up front. What really disappointed me was the tone and attitude of one of the employees during my second visit. She was dismissive and claimed that Lululemon wasn't liable because of "pilling"-- even though the damage was clearly a rip in the seam, completely unrelated. I eventually got help when I returned with my mom, who agreed with the same employee's behavior when she checked us out a third time. I love the brand, but clearer communication and in-store support would've made a huge difference. It shouldn't have taken three separate trips to get clear, consistent information and respectful service.
