  By far the worst Lululemon I’ve been to in the US. Horrible inventory and I’m convinced they try to hire the most insufferable people available. I’d recommend driving to another store.

  I was here last saturday and this was one of the worst Lululemon experiences I’ve had. Not a single employee — aside from one kind male associate — bothered to greet us, offer help, or even make eye contact. Everyone else acted like customers were an inconvenience or invisible. The energy in this store was flat-out unfriendly and dismissive. For a brand that prides itself on “connection” and “community,” this location completely failed to deliver either. Honestly, if you don’t want to interact with customers, maybe retail isn’t the right job.

  I LOVE this store! The employee's are always so unbelievably kind and helpful. They seriously are always smiling and so sweet! I will only go to this Lulu for that reason. This store and the staff are wonderful!

  I have scratched my arm with one hanger and they said they have nothing to do with it in store. And I didn’t like how they consider about it for me

  I'm very disappointed with the service at Lululemon Southtown. My daughter went there today to get a small seam repair on her Speed Up shorts, but the employee said they no longer offer repairs and dismissed it. We spend around $2,000 a year at Lululemon because of their good service, so this was frustrating. Then I took the shorts to Riverton Lululemon, and they fixed it without issue. This experience was unnecessarily difficult and inconvenient, requiring multiple trips for a simple sewing of the seam. Very disappointed with the attitude and lack of helpfulness from the staff at Southtown.
