  Fantastic customer service! The staff expedited a hemming rush as we were leaving on vacation! They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and they met the time restraints. Very impressed!

  The employees are very unfriendly and down right rude. The store smells like cigarettes. The outlet store has much friendlier service.

  I came into the store at 11am today, multiple workers on the floor and wasn’t busy at all….not one person acknowledged me or asked if I needed any help. In fact one girl looked me up and down and turned to help someone else. Not even a hello, I’ve reached out to head office. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour from the employees.

  This isn’t the first time this has happened at this store(and I’ve complained). I know my size but constantly pushing other sizes BIGGER sizes (I wear a 0-2 comfortably) I’ve had associates constantly push 6 and up why I’m not sure (that size in particular after 5 minutes is hanging off me) . I’ve now been stuck with numerous products (a WunderPuff, a Define jacket and numerous leggings because of their shamming) . You want to induce or reactivate an eating disorder? You got it ladies
