  I literally just left the store, sitting in my car parked out front. When I was in the store I picked up a pink pair of shorts, size 6 on the sale rack. The girl that greeted me when I walked in the door started talking to the girl that walked over to her from working the changing rooms. I hear her say “those are a size 6, those aren’t going to fit her” to the other girl. I looked over at both of them and one of them was already looking at me but turned away when I looked over. I legitimately cannot believe she felt comfortable saying that, and I can’t imagine how many people she’s done this too given she said it so freely.

  I called all day yesterday, throughout the day as I know it can get busy sometimes. I was checking for a restock item as Ive already called in for it and went into store a few days ago. I had to call 5x IN A ROW this morning to get someone to pick up. Turns out the item that I've been looking for was in stock yesterday--but sold out. Seriously? The person I spoke to outlined sometimes it gets busy and no one can go into the back to pick up the phone. Then why do you have a phone if you refuse to pick up any calls the entire day? So frustrating.
