  I purchased a jacket with what looks like poop stains in the armpits. Literally still has the tags on it. They wouldn’t allow for me to return or exchange because I didn’t have an “account” that I clearly have because that’s how I accessed my receipt. After going back and forth for about 20 mins, I was told I could exchange and pay the difference if so. After shopping for something new, both of the Caucasian women had a black woman come up to check me out. Currently driving home to get all of my Lulu clothes to return them. Extremely embarrassing, but not shocking. Attaching a photo of the jacket.

  Went on a super busy day last week (the line was almost out of the door) and even though it was a stressful day for all the employees, the customer service was great! Serena was so helpful and very respectful and kind! I usually go to the Keystone Lululemon, but after going to this location I will be coming here from now on! Thankful for the great customer service from Serena- it makes the experience much better and the long lines worth it!

  Great place for fitness clothes, I love their joggers, shorts and tank tops. Customer service is great at this location. Sales staff is always very helpful.
