Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

- LGLaura GMar 9, 20251.0Lululemon To whom it may concern: On 2/10/25 I placed an online order to pick up in store (#c173921611796017- Northshore Mall, Peabody, MA) for a pair of Align high-rise 25” leggings for my1 daughter. I went to pick them in store on 2/12/25, but when I got there I was told the order was cancelled because it was more than 24 hours. That seemed weird since I had paid for it, but figured I would just grab a pair while I was there. But then, the young lady said the coupon I had used, could not be used again and I would have to pay full price. Two things are wrong here: First, the 24 hour order cancellation makes no sense; I paid for it so of course I want it. Second, some consideration should have been made under the circumstances to honor the coupon. This has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will probably be looking elsewhere, like I ended up doing that day. Thank you. Laura
