  I’ve come to this location multiple times since I’ve moved here. Hannah has always been amazing when she is helping me. Everyone is friendly everytime I stop in. I can’t remember everyone names but everyone is great!

  I visited the store on Saturday, October 11, around 3 PM and was assisted by a young sales associate at the register. I brought a dress that was new, with the tag still on, and had never been worn. I had lost a lot of weight, so the dress no longer fit me. Unfortunately, she did not offer any solution when I asked about exchanging it or receiving store credit. I was very disappointed, as I have been a loyal Lululemon customer for a long time. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

  I’m a regular Lululemon customer and have always appreciated the brand and in-store experience — until this visit. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Lululemon location. The associates had loud Latin music blasting throughout the store, making it especially unbearable in the fitting rooms. Even more concerning, someone was actively smoking marijuana in the fitting rooms while I was there. The smell was overwhelming, and there were no associates present in the fitting room area to address it. I also had to find and secure my own fitting room without any staff support. This visit was disappointing and far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Lululemon. I hope store leadership addresses these concerns so that future customers can enjoy the environment Lululemon is known for.
