I was a bit apprehensive about going to this store after reading the reviews, however I had a great experience & saw all other customers being appropriately attended to. I wasn't bombarded immediately when walking through the door & was given the space to actually shop in peace!! When I inquired about a certain top one of the staff were wearing, I was walked to the exact location & assisted. After collecting my haul I was approached to get set up in a dressing room. Additionally, when I couldn't find what I was looking for, I was assisted to find it online & offered to have the item to get sent to the store. I was very pleased with the layout, cleanliness, & professionalism of all 3 gals working. I'll be returning again!

I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer for years and recently spent over $800 in a single visit. I truly love the brand, the quality is usually excellent, and most stores provide outstanding customer service.
Unfortunately, my experience at this location was deeply disappointing. Two items I purchased (around $130 each) began unraveling at the hem after only two wears. I hadn’t washed them, so it was clearly a quality issue. While I no longer had the tags, the purchases were visible in my profile with full receipts.
The two associates “helping” me were condescending and dismissive, masking their attitude behind a forced politeness that came across as insincere and patronizing. They made me feel as though I was being a nuisance for even asking, offering no genuine effort to help, no empathy, and no accountability. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially from a brand that typically upholds much higher standards.
After leaving the store, I processed the return online without issue, which only confirmed how avoidable that interaction could have been. Reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident, and it’s disheartening to see a pattern of behavior that reflects so poorly on such a respected brand.
I hope corporate takes note and provides this location with serious customer service training. Charging premium prices should come with professionalism, not condescension.

I went into this location tonight and it was my very first time visiting a lululemon. I’ve always been intimidated. Every worker was BEYOND nice. Made me feel so welcomed. Can’t wait to go back.

I've shopped at Lululemon stores in many states over the years, I have to say this is the most unfriendly and rude store I've ever been in. My experience a month ago when buying a new pair of workout pants was a bit off putting. No welcome, no can I help you even when eye to eye contact was made whike browsing. Until I hit the try on area, now someone acknowledged me...all that crossed my mind is oh now they can smell the sale.
Fast forward a month, stopped in last night just me in the store no other customers. I needed to return an item, too long. The tone of the gal unexcptable, when I told her why I was returning she said I should expect the 23" pant to be 24" . Never in my decade + of buying Lulu was that a thing. One experience I brush it off, the second experience tells me that Lululemon is okay with this stores culture and I don't believe it is customer focused or friendly.
