  Extremely rude and unwelcoming cashier. Didn’t get a name, but had long hair and piercings. Very unprofessional, and bad experience to have towards customers spending their money here.

  Great customer service!! Kris helped us out at the front & was just wonderful! She took a moment to show us a couple cool features on the shorts we were purchasing, helped us get registered on our online account, & made our experience easy. Went above & beyond- Thank you Kris!

  I was walking around TC on the 15th (yeah no deer hunting for this guy) looking for some early Christmas gifts and came into the store just to look and ended up getting some great advice from Cassidy who helped me find some sweet gear for my wife and daughter in law. She was a great help because I’m terrible at buying for the women in my life. Great store, great staff, lots of great options.

  This lulu store has been amazing experiences for me. The manager Shawn has gone above and behind for me not only one time but every time I have visited the store. The other staff has always been very nice to me and helpful! I love the inventory they have, they actually seem to have more in stock than the Grand Rapids location does. I’m just appreciative of the customer service I have received and want the staff to know I appreciate their kindness ☺️ I hope this pop up turns into a permanent Lulu for Traverse City!
