  Very busy on Sunday daytime. But staff is still very friendly and helpful. Had time to help us to find out another Lululemon store, where we can buy exact color/size we were looking for. Nice!

  For employees to be rude, while my children are shopping. As a customer, I want to ask for a certain item, which I currently own. For her to call me a liar and say they dont carry that specific item. And on top of it, this employee wanted to cause a scene? What type of employees do you hire? It was very uncomfortable since my first mistake was making several purchases and for us to get racial profiles! I'm mexican. Sorry, im not white, because clearly that same employee was not giving a white person the same treatment she gave my children! Corporate needs to review their cameras. Who knows how many other customers have gone through this. Unfortunately, both employees refuse to provide us with their name!

  The Grove Mall is one of LA’s most well-known landmarks, loved by both locals and tourists. However, the staff at this Lululemon location display blatant racism. They smile and act friendly toward American customers, but their attitude changes completely toward foreigners who don’t speak English — their expressions turn cold, and they show no intention of helping. They unreasonably ignore and reject requests, as if they think foreigners are foolish. Every time I visit, I feel uncomfortable because of their uncooperative attitude. The manager at this store is damaging the reputation of Lululemon — a brand admired around the world — right at the heart of the U.S. Because of this experience, I no longer feel like wearing Lululemon .
