  We usually try to support local and small businesses, but the service at Lululemon Shreveport is truly outstanding. Chris, Davie, Mason, and every staff member I’ve interacted with go above and beyond matching the experience you’d expect from flagship stores in bigger cities. Whether it's fit, selection, or questions, they make sure you're taken care of every step of the way.

  My friend visited this store today, when arrived she was wearing a large t-shirt and baggy sweatpants. She was approached by a blonde older woman, that quoted “oh this must be your first time.” in a rude manner. As she shopped around store and had 6 items in hand, she was then approached in a completely different manner, asking she needed anything help with anything. She purchased over $500 worth of merchandise and another female with her purchased around another $550 worth of merchandise. I find this really disheartening as she was obviously profiled by her outfit on arrival, without anyone asking if she needs any help finding anything .

  I took my daughter for her first Lulu trip yesterday, she had the best experience! Everyone was so nice and Dustin who helped us went above and beyond to make the experience so special for her. She has gone on and on to all of her friends about how awesome the experience was and can’t wait to go back to get a few other items she now has on her wish list.
