Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

- MCMcKayla cloydOct 17, 20251.0Worst customer service I have ever had this seems to be a continuous problem at the Regency location. I needed to make a return the blonde girl at the front counter was not only rude to myself but to my daughter. Annoyed that we needed an exchange. We then asked another girl for another item we had seen on line so we could try it on. She didn’t even look at the phone. Tried on multiple items. No one came by to see if we needed extra sizing so I went out of the fitting room in my socks to get myself and daughter extra sizing. Four people working and we were the only customers in the store. No excuses. I’m a collective pinnacle member that spends thousands of dollars. We did our exchange but I refused to buy anything else from there we will be taking our business to the village pointe location only. Shame on the employees of the Regency location ! Disrespectful on all levels!
