  Kiera at the Cross Island Mills shop was INCREDIBLE!!! I am heading to a HOT climate in a week, had no idea on what fabrics to wear, nothing!! Inside of 20 min, she had my entire 10 day wardrobe planned. Do yourself a favour - Kiera at Cross Iron is a SAVIOUR!!! Go and save yourself the stress!!!

  Really disappointed in lululemon. I went in to exchange a pair of leggings that I bought only 1 year ago for pilling in the leg area (they were also full length leggings so I did not wear them for the 4 months of summer, which basically means it’s been 8 months of having them). And was told that unfortunately they do not exchange anymore for that particular reason. I have been buying lululemon leggings for over 15 years. And have only exchanged a pair once before. I was offered 20% off up to 3 items. But why would I buy more when they start to pill very badly after less than a year? It’s kind of an odd thing to offer, because if I did decide to buy three items at 20% off each, it would basically be equivalent to them just replacing my one pair of leggings? There is also no way to contact lululemon directly about this. Will not be supporting lululemon anymore unfortunately.

  Staff were warm and friendly. Greeted me as I walked in and ensured that all my questions were answered. I came in looking for a number of items and one of the friendly associates, Aidan, was excellent, knowledgeable and showed me all options the store had. Was a great experience, will return!

  I hate shopping malls, but needed some gifts. I just want to appreciate Cassidy and how easy and quick she made it. Would come back for her to help me again.
