We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
So I decided to visit lulu for the first time for my birthday a few weeks ago and buy myself something nice. Marissa was so nice and helpful and super sweet. She made my experience a 10/10. Will visit again. š

Super condescending employees! Thereās a reason why the amount of employees out number the amount of shoppers. I go to this location out of convenience to get my hemming/refunds done and they give you such an attitude when you donāt buy something! Imagine being treated badly at an athleisure store where most employees look like they have never been on a treadmill in their lives.

Jake needs a raise!!! Went in w my boyfriend assuming they wouldnāt have his larger size and Jake did the literal best job getting him into clothes and explaining the sizes online, fits, etc without making weight comments or anything else. Made him feel very included despite his struggle with Lulu not carrying larger sizes in store. 10/10 person and experience, made a great first impression on a man who had never been into Lulu before.

Apparently, my experience was in line with many complaints here. I purchased 3 undergarments and found a better deal second day on their website, so I decided to return them as soon as I can. Before I came I even checked the website and made sure those can be returned and my app also said the same thing. I brought in 3 brand new merchandise, never worn, never open, and in their original package to their store for return and was told āall undergarments are final saleā. After I showed her the app says they are all āeligible for in store return for creditā, they just plainly refused to honor their own policy and told me itās their store policy. I called the customer service and apparently they told me the store was not following their own policy.
