  Went to this outlet store and I was not allowed to return my unopened package bought online, and I wasn’t allowed to get store credit. Bad customer service!

  I want to thank Sarah at this location for helping me amongst the chaos, without her I would’ve never gotten what I came for. She’s just the sweetest and this location does a good job trying to combat the scalpers which I really appreciate.

  Amazing staff. They genuinely care and are so helpful and all around wonderful. I had a great conversation with one about the good old lime wire days and marie Antoinette. Probably one of my slightly weirdest due to unforseen store circumstances but best shopping experience i ever had in general lol

  This store is always busy, and the staff are always great! Just a reminder to everyone, take good care of your bags! Just yesterday, while shopping there, my shoulder bag was opened and the $400 in cash in my wallet was stolen. The store manager said that while there are cameras, they can only be retrieved from headquarters after a police report is filed. This means even if the thief is inside the store, there's nothing we can do! This outcome is incredibly disappointing and regrettable! I urge every customer to take good care of their bags and shopping bags to prevent this kind of thing from happening again. I also hope LUlu Lemon can provide a better shopping environment and handle the situation in a way that ensures a better customer experience!
