  This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a store! Terrible customer service and the vibes were way off! I'm black and they looked at me like I shouldn't be in there.

  It isn’t bad store most people who work there are ok but there are a few people that are rude so don’t ask too many questions because certain ones don’t like being bothered. I have been to friendlier lululemon stores and had a better experience. Unfortunately this is the closest one to me at the moment .

  I had such a great experience at the Lululemon store in Peachtree City! My daughter and I went in to exchange a water bottle (my fault for not asking her color preference beforehand 😅). The color she wanted ended up being an online only option, so we were about to leave empty handed. Thankfully, Jada’s friendly smile and approachable demeanor made me stop and ask if there were any other color choices. She went above and beyond, looking it up, confirming the exact color my daughter wanted, and even walking us through creating an account so we could order it right there in the store using our credit. Because of Jada’s outstanding Customer Service and genuine care, my daughter left happy, and that’s what mattered most to me. Huge thanks to her for turning a simple exchange into such a positive experience!

  I purchased a visor. After wearing it one time playing pickleball it got a huge stain across the bill after it dried. I tried washing it but the stain won't come out. The visor was not cheap and unfortunately I won't wear it again. Complete waste of money.
