  I can see why this store has so many poor reviews. As a new Lulu customer, I did not feel welcomed at all. I had several returns due to sizing issues. The Educator claimed she has been doing this for 11 years but she was not able to answer basic questions about the men’s products. When I provided constructive feedback, she got an attitude. The Manager was right there also and offered nothing. How she became a Manager is a mystery? This was a Sunday at 1 PM. As for the Educator, perhaps, 11 years is enough and you need to move on to a job where you are not customer facing.

  My daughter Jayda, and I went shopping at Lululemon at East Cobb and had an outstanding time. The customer service for us on that Friday, was Stellar. Toni was INCREDIBLE every store needs a Toni! I brought my granddaughter ad well and she gave her a coloring sheet, crayons, stickers and asked our name and was soft spoken helpful, honest and so kind. There was another young store associate who was absolutely adorable and so helpful too. The cashier put the cherry on top, a fellow NYORKER that led my girls and I to a great lunch spot at Carlos Pizza. Thank you all for making us feel welcomed and making our shopping experience great. We’ll be back! 😘❤️

  Recently I had stopped by this store and from the day one I am impressed with their customer service. They are very attentive and have a great selection of clothes. If they do not have something staff will always recommend to get you what you need. It is great to see how they love to take care of the clients.

  I love the brand but the negative attitude of the manger left a bad taste in my mouth. She is very unprofessional and lacks customer service. Hiring incompetent management to run the show leads to losing customers and sales. I highly recommend hiring more experienced and qualified management that doesn't lack manners.
