Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    Went in September 24 2025 at 12:52pm and had the worst customer service experience by the manager, how is someone like that working here?

    Awkward experience here. Came in to do an exchange and some older gentlemen tried assisting me but gave me a somewhat generic customer engagement that wasn't really helpful. He did ask for what use I needed (marathon running) and gave a few suggestions. After I got what I needed for my size exchange and an additional extra pair for the hassle of coming to exchange I found noone at the register so I went to the fitting room to try and get some assistance. The girl there was kind of airheaded because I told her I was ready to checkout and I had an exchange. She keep thinking I needed a fitting room and I said no I'm good to go actually. Weird misunderstanding i suppose. She then passed me off to another girl to checkout who was actually pleasant. I think her name was Thanny or something. Anyways she asked about what the shorts were going to be utilized for and when I told her running she mentioned another style being more appropriate which was in contradiction to what the older guy offered first. Anyways I got what I needed but will probably avoid shopping here.

    We all know that lululemon offer one year performance return, the lady at the front declined my request and stated that this policy is no longer effective and they just changed it in April. However, I went to another store a month ago and they successfully helped me with the item. After I asked her why it worked at other stores, and she said “I am sorry I can’t help you “???????? Very bad experience! The worst lululemon in the world

    I just left this store and I usually never leave bad reviews but I watched both visible employees smile and help everyone else in the store but look me dead in my eyes and said NOTHING. No can I help you? How are you doing? Just staring and then super enthusiastic to help everyone else. I definitely see a pattern based on other reviews. I just left and I am currently in the Corte Madera store where everyone is kind and helpful.

    I am a loyal customer at lululemon. Each lululemon I’ve been to I’ve had great experiences, very helpful, checking up on me and this was the worst experience. I’ve never felt discriminated until my visit here at filmore lululemon. My friend and I both came here to shop, I had a return to make & was given a very poor attitude and communication with the members here. As I finish my return I proceed to shop around, the workers are following me. My friend and I both get fitting rooms, I do NOT get checked up on while my friend besides me does. This has never happened and I will NEVER be shopping here again. I also asked a member if she could hold some items I was purchasing for my family to the side while I try my items, and when I step out of my fitting room she left and did not communicate with me that she left my items taken to the front. Again the communication with each different members was HORRIBLE. It’s unacceptable that I have been treated discriminated at brand store I have been shopping at for YEARS. This is the first and last time I will be ever shopping at this lululemon store in SF.
