Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

My wife bought two of the fitted undershirts with cups. Although they were the same size the cups were different sizes. She went round and round with the staff. They gave multiple excuses for not being able to make things right because this was not considered a "manufacturing defect". Finally a manager came out and was able to provide a solution to the problem. I don't think the staff is well trained on customer service. The problem had an easy solution, but the staff created more problems by being uninformed which created more problems.
