  Just visited your new location inside the Riverfront Mall. What a great space! Nice layout and great lighting. I haven’t been to a Lulu in a few years. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2008 and always admired your innovative and unique ways you design your pieces. I have many. In recent years your style, marketing and vision seemed took a turn and I migrated to Viori. I came in today to replace a few classic pieces that have worn out and I was PLEASANTLY surprised. My Lulu is back! I came for one long sleeved shirt and left with 5 things!! Love the new Cuffins design to add to the thumb holes! Catherine greeted me at checkout and we had a nice conversation. What a nice experience! Tell Catherine “thank you”. It’s nice to have you back Lululemon. See ya soon!

  Great customer service! Always feel welcomed in! I’ve hard past troubles with gift cards/gifts and they’ve always gone the extra mile to help! Amazing team!!!

  This store has some of the worst customer service. I had maybe a couple words said to me and that’s becuase she HAD to talk to me at check out. Is it in the employee handbook to act snotty and stuck up? LOL I won’t be purchasing from this store anymore. Stores like this are the reason LuLu gets a bad rep.
