We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

i’m writing this review because my experience at this store made me feel isolated and upset. Everything was going well till a girl with brown hair, big glasses approaches us at the men’s section and totally ignores me but seems very interested in my boyfriend asking him if HE is doing well instead of us. When he is in the dressing room while i look around i noticed she tapped on his dressing room like 2 times to see if she can get him anything else. Never once was I approached by her and her total focus was on him, which not only made me uncomfortable but my boyfriend was uncomfortable too.

0/5 terrible customer experience. Item was replaced because of damage and when given the new item that was damaged AGAIN they would not give me store credit. Then, they told me to leave when I wanted to return another item. Terrible service, salespersons are Kyra and Kelsey. She is a guest experience lead and told me to leave!!!

Terrible quality promise experience at this location. I bought this piece on September 28th at Newbury street location and when washed and dried it, the sleeve appears to be scrunched together. I went to this store for quality promise on 10/05, a week after the purchase, and asked them if this is a common issue with this style. If yes I will switch to another style or whatever. One of the sales said they can only do same item replacement and if same issue or other issue appears they can offer a store credit. I washed and dried the replacement piece and same issue appears again, with additional defects on the neckline. I bring it back and they refused to offer the credits that they promised last time. They insisted me to call the GEC and said they cannot do anything with it. Super terrible experience and looks like they don’t care about the quality of their products at all. Kyra and Kelsey are the two terrible sales. Update: I went back to the store for another return that was just delivered not even unboxed since I thought I’m done with lululemon, Kelsey asked me to leave aggressively and not assisting me with this return.
