  Super bad customer service. I bought three items from this Lululemon store on Monday. Today, when I was about to wear one of them for the first time, I noticed a big stain on the back. I never wore it, never washed it, and obviously didn’t notice it when I bought it. Since the stain is on the back, it’s not something you’d easily catch in the store. When I went back to return it today, not only did they refuse the return, but one of the staff even blamed me, saying it was my fault for not checking carefully at the time of purchase. Honestly, I expected way better service from Lululemon. Very disappointing experience.

  Great quality items, I only get the align brand leggings. They are super soft and I've had them 8 years without pilling. (Wash on delicate,hang dry)

  being a former retail associate with a different company, i was trained on what proper customer service should look like. very few times do i walk into a store and feel like i received excellent customer service — well yesterday changed that for my family and i. it began as we stopped into lululemon to look for leggings for my mom and me. we were greeted immediately by miss Jordan! she quickly made our good experience into an excellent experience! she went above and beyond in all she did, her interactions, her work ethic etc. my family and i were so impressed with the service and hospitality we received that once we left the store we said “we’d drive back to this location to come shop here again” (as we are not from the area). Jordan you simply made our day with your joyful and infectious personality! our world would be a better place with more Jordans in it!

  Store seems very poorly run. Typical Lulu merchandise, with far below average customer service. Manager seems to be non existent. Puzzling..
