They forgot to take the security tag off and wouldn't compensate me for my trouble to return the next day to take it off

I'm glad I went on a Monday, thankfully the store was relatively empty and was able to shop like a civilized person. Apart from the great deals ($59 joggers, $30-40 tops) the selection and unique items to this outlet sets it apart from their retail stores. I live near the Walnut Creek location, and the retail stuff is pretty boring TBH (for men at least). I found stuff here with actual color, and totally different styles than what is found at their retail locations. I asked an employee and was told many of these styles are from overseas or other markets, and don't reach the US or North America. Some are Asian-only market items, but these styles appeal to me way more than the conservative kit they sell at US retail locations. Lots of people who are into athleisure clothing wear Lulu, but finding unique pieces that look great and don't fit into the standard Lululemon uniform is a huge plus, especially at clearance prices! Only caveat is everything (I think) is final sale, and they do not offer returns or store credit. So make sure you like something before you buy it!
The store is smaller than anticipated. It’s an outlet —- some (but not all) items were marked down 50%. High quality items, but prices were disappointing.
Between 2:05–2:10 PM, we entered the Lululemon store at the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore through the main entrance. At the time, there was no line outside, and no staff managing the entrance or informing customers about any capacity limits, so we simply walked in as any customer would.
We browsed the store for about 10 minutes, and around 2:20 PM, a female staff member suddenly approached us and told us that we had entered through the exit, and asked us to leave the store and re-enter after lining up again. We explained clearly that we had come through the front entrance, not the exit, and that we were unaware of any entry restrictions when we arrived.
However, the staff member insisted that her colleague had seen us enter through the exit, and she still asked us to leave and get in line again. We felt extremely disrespected, as we were 100% honest about what had happened, and we even welcomed a review of the security footage to confirm our account.
What confused and upset us the most was how the staff member chose to immediately side with her colleague’s word without giving us a fair chance to explain or considering that they may have mistaken us for someone else. This resulted in an extremely poor shopping experience — we were in the store for less than 10 minutes before being asked to leave, despite having followed the rules from the beginning.
This experience has negatively impacted my perception of the Lululemon brand.
We’ve always appreciated Lululemon for its quality and customer experience, but this incident made us feel unfairly treated and not valued as customers.

Aaron did a great job helping me find the perfect pair of shorts. Really patient and looked in the back to get what I needed. Great store
