  It wasn't a friendly store. They almost forced me to go into the dressing room, even though I hadn't had time to look at everything I wanted. Apparently, it was 5 p.m. and they were about to close the store. I bought some pants and won't be returning to this store.

  I’ve had several subpar experiences here but this last one is worth mentioning in hopes that the higher ups see this. Who ever was the lead for this location today was not cut out for customer service. The staff here could really use a tuneup with their customer relations skills. Zero help in a change room with the sole purpose of finding a bra that fits. Thanks to the girl who spoke with me prior to entering the room, but -10 marks for checking in on me while naked from the top up. I’m pretty sure they’re still supposed to help the customers looking for a size while INSIDE the room. I won’t be giving anymore of my money to this location. Good thing lululemon has quality products or you wouldn’t have loyal customers willing to drive to other locations in order to avoid dealing with cold and useless staff here. I’ll be buying elsewhere

  The best Lululemon store in the KC area!! Staff were very helpful and friendly! I usually feel uneasy about lululemon stores because of the other ones in the area being prejudices to POC. I will say this one had a very diverse team! And all of them were kind and inviting. (:
