Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

The staff was unhelpful, offering no compensation beyond a quick 'sorry,' and the manager's attitude was dismissive. Disappointing customer service.

- JJJociAug 3, 20253.0Great customer service inside the store. Every store associate was welcoming and friendly and helped me with what I needed. My problem with this location is that their website does not show accurate inventory for the store. I drove all the way here to get a quality promise exchange for an item that was showing as available in store on the website, since I preferred not to wait for it to be shipped. After a 25 minute drive, I found out they did not have the item in store. In fact they were out of pretty much every variety of the item too - all which were showing as available in store on the website. It was a huge inconvenience.
