Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    I recently visited the Lululemon store and had a disappointing experience, particularly due to the customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for about two years, but this location felt very unwelcoming. There’s an employee named Lexi who consistently has a sour expression and no smile everytime I’ve visited. Each time I visit, she seems more interested in her phone or drink than in assisting anyone. There’s never any effort to greet customers or offer help, which is surprising for a brand known for its customer-centric approach. It’s disheartening to see someone who appears to dislike their job so much that it affects the shopping experience for others. I hope management can address this issue because it detracts from what should be a positive and welcoming experience.

    I just left the store for a quality issue with a shirt. I bought this shirt for my mom back in May, the color of the shirt started to fade to grey/redish, still within a year of the quality promise window. They first asked for the size tag on the shirt, the tag came off on its own. Isn't this your design, the tag can ben removed easily without a scissor? Plus, lululemon logo is on the shirt. Then the skinny caucasian, long face, long nose, glass "jefa" told me she can not return it, I told her this is a quality issue, I did not ask for a return, I need a resolution. She insist that this is not a quality issue, only peeling, seams came off are, with her rude attitude. Plus, no one ever greeted us while we were in store, assoiciates just gossiping in groups. Lululemon's quality and price do NOT match, the $10 shirt from Costco would last longer.

    We had purchased a gift card from HEB (as a gift) to use in this store. When we got to the store, we were informed that the card had already been redeemed (even though we opened it in the store). We were told to reach out to customer support, to which we did and they advised that the card had been redeemed in Vancouver, CA (a country I have never been to) shortly after the gift card was activated. I explained to the customer support rep that this was clearly not me and likely related to internal fraud within the company as this is where your headquarters is located. The support reps response was essentially “too bad”. Be very weary of purchasing any gift cards to lululemon as they are unable to adequately handle them.
