  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at Lululemon! The store is always clean, organized, and full of great energy. A special thank you to Margaret — she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She helped me find exactly what I needed and made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this store!

  Terrible customer service! Lululemon really needs to pay attention to who they hire. I bought my husband two pairs of dress pants, only to find one still had the security sensor on it. I have a newborn, so going back and forth is already a hassle, but I understand mistakes happen. When I finally went back to get it removed, and asked her to change them for a new pair since I feel like I might have damaged the fabric trying to take it off myself! the cashier immediately claimed the pants were online only and said I didn’t buy them in-store — even though they had the sensor on them! I even offered for her to check my account to confirm my purchase, but she brushed me off, gave me a number to call, and refused to help. This isn’t my first bad experience at this Lululemon. The staff act arrogant and clearly don’t understand customer service. Definitely think twice before shopping here.

  Quality guarantee is a joke. I have a pair of leggings that have 3 very small holes in 3 completely different locations and they would not exchange them for me. I have 5 other pairs of lulus and never had a hole, so this is obviously a quality issue. Only had this pair for 6 months. Awful customer service.

  You're return policy is BS. My daughter bought a purse a week ago, has the receipt and unused...she cut the tag off like a 13 year old would. There is no refund or exchange because I don't have the small tag that was attached...so if I go home and go through the garbage and bring it in unattached I can bring it back...really makes no sense! I will NEVER spend another dollar in your stores again!!! Horrible customer service and low quality! I get more use out of a pair of Target leggings for so much less!

  I visited this shop twice and had an uncomfortable experience each time. One of the staff asked me if I took pictures of myself in the dressing room. I'm not sure where she was getting at.
