Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

Yikes - the store manager, Matthew, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Lulu, if you’re wondering why you’re losing customers to other athleisure brands, horrific customer service from people like Matthew is definitely a factor.

I had the best experience ever with Erica today helping me find things and order things out of stock. I geniuenly could not recommend her more!

Since last year staff has become unwelcoming, rude, and show preference towards specific people. After being in the store for 10 mins, having passed multiple employees, no one approached me or offered their help. After some more time one of the employees welcomed and happily offered their help to a woman with a much lighter complexion. At this point I felt that I wasn’t welcomed because of my complexion, until I was mumbled/spoken to by the same employee who eagerly welcomed the other lady, but when she spoke to me she was moving around and didn’t look at me hoping I either wouldn’t hear or ask her for assistance.
