  The employees here are next level. They were so sweet with our kids while we shopped and even made things special for our tween daughter who is just starting to get excited about this brand. They went out of their way to cater to our whole family. Thank you!

  Despite 5 women working there, none greeted me, none helped me with try ons, none asked if I needed help. All of them managed to talk to each other, be on their phones or talk about how they couldn't wait to be off of work.

  Amazing Customer Service and staff! I ordered a hoodie that was way too big for my daughter online and they didn’t have one for me to exchange so I had to return it in store. I myself manage a retail store and I know it’s no fun to have to take an online return, but they handled it with grace and I will definitely be back! Excellent job!

  Rude associate, pulled leggings off the shelf to see if I liked them, folded them and tried to put them back and the girl said I’ll take those, not a how may I help you or anything. I was prepared to spend about $500 and turned around and walked right out. Snob shop.
