  Horrible experience getting pants tailored. Brought pants in, wore the shoes I wanted to wear with them. Pick up pants 1 week later and they are 3 inches to short. They almost don't even reach the top of my shoes. Manager asks did I wear the same shoes, did I wear them low on my waist.. she then says well thats the risk you take having them hemmed. They then offer to replace them with a different size pants and I have to pay the $8 difference because they raised their prices since I bought mine. Comfy pants but service sucks.

  Today I visited your store and had a very disappointing experience at the checkout. There were very few customers in the store, yet the cashier didn’t greet me at all when I approached. I was next in line, but was treated differently than the person before me. She simply scanned my four items, asked for my phone number, said it was wrong without explaining why, told me the amount owed, and then walked away. This behavior felt rude and impersonal. I expected basic courtesy—something as simple as a greeting, an explanation, and respectful communication. Because of how I was treated, I’m very unlikely to return.

  very modern inside. feels extremely organized and simple. the lady helping me was so so nice! complimenting me, giving me real advice, and just being so relatable and personable. loved it here!

  Walked in the store and was instantly greeted by all 3 ladies working!! One asked if i needed any help while i walked around. Found a few things and stood in line for less than a minute when one of the ladies opened another register to help me. Made small talk with me and wished me a happy holiday!! (One even remarked how polite i was and i thanked her). These women were so incredibly nice, i wish more people in the retail industry were this warm and welcoming!! These are the types of employees a company should greatly value representing them!!
