Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
Terrible experience. When my wife and I entered, no one greeted us or offered help. When my wife tried to use a fitting room, a female associate yelled at us, even though another customer was allowed to use one without issue. Neither had anything written on the whiteboard, which we didn’t even know was required.
This double standard made us feel targeted. The service was unprofessional and disrespectful. We immediately stopped our visit because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt.
What shocked me even more was seeing another review from an Asian customer describing a very similar experience. This suggests a troubling pattern, not just an isolated incident, which makes the situation even more unacceptable.
I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this store, and management urgently needs to train their staff on basic customer service and fair treatment of all customers.

My friend and I first went to the Cambridge Lululemon, and the staff there were super friendly and helpful. They didn’t have the color we wanted, so we went to another nearby location.
The experience at the second store was completely different. No one greeted us or offered help, even though they welcomed white customers who came in after us. At checkout, the male cashier kept asking for my name and number even after I had clearly told him. He didn’t bother to bag our items, and when we asked for a different color shopping bag, he rolled his eyes at us. His attitude felt rude and dismissive. And this was the first time I had to put the clothes into the bag myself, the cashier just didn’t help.
Maybe we’re just other race, not white

The people here were nice and the options were pretty good… the quality doesn’t justify the price in my opinion but it’s a brand name so indulge if you’re into that
