Her knowledge of the products and ability to help me find the perfect fit made all the difference. She listened carefully, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. What truly stood out was her sensitivity and genuine care — she went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident in my choice. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service these days, and Rebecca absolutely deserves recognition for her amazing attitude and professionalism.   Summary: horrible quality top & no refund I bought my wife the “hold tight long sleeve” shirt and after she wore it once walking, it fuzzed badly around the chest area. The sales associate, who was polite & courteous, after checking with her supervisor, said no return is possible and only offered an exchange. I would not recommend buying this top nor doing business with a store that doesn’t offer a good return policy for defective item. Lululemon store @ Carrefour Laval.
