  I had the BEST experience with Lululemon being taken care of by Emily!! I can’t give her enough praise! I was looking for specific shorts and tank for my daughter’s birthday. Emily searched the whole store, front and back, to find the one pair of shorts left in my daughter’s size that said was in stock. Of course, she found them! Thank you Emily for going above and beyond for our family!!

  I had an unsatisfactory experience at this location. Streets at Southpoint (#13014) Register 1 Cashier 99994000159400 When I attempted to return an incorrect item I had received, the staff member assisting me was rude and unhelpful. Instead of providing support, he treated me disrespectfully and made the process unnecessarily difficult. I believe customer service should be handled with professionalism and courtesy, and I hope management takes steps to address this issue. Poor customer care, and rude attitude towards customer.

  I called the store today looking for a specific product. It was the 2nd Lululemon store I called in search of it. The first store rudely dismissed me, but when I called this location Emily answered, was super friendly and let me know she could check stock in all locations in the area. What I was searching for wasn't in the state, but she offered me a good solution to get it and went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend this location, the staff seem great.
