  One of the best LLL i have ever been to. Maybe the best. Every educator was so sweet and helpful - the store is huge and the inventory is 10/10. Morgan has done an amazing job and it shows in all the above! Will definitely be back when i’m in driving distance again!

  Came to this location today 10/12 to do a quality promise on a belt bag that logo had came off. When we first came to the register the employee told us that we could choose another belt bag in a different color for the quality promise. We went to look for another belt bag and did not find any that caught our attention. We went up to the register we wanted to see if they could do an exchange price difference on a different type of bag but was told we could not do so, which was understood. Then the manager proceeded to say that under the quality promise the exchange had to be the same bag and bag color. I was so confused because the employee who talked to us first let us know that it could be a different color. We asked to speak to the employee who took care of us before and was told “ unfortunately I am the manager”. This behavior and customer service is unacceptable. Employees should know how policy works, and it is unfair that we were told two different things. Will never come back to this location. !!!

  Let me just start by saying I have never purchased clothing from here because I always though they wouldn't fit. Well I was wrong! Not only did I find clothes to fit the fitting room girl, Gabby, was AMAZING! I must have gone in and out of that dressing room 5 times and she was always so nice and helpful! I wish I could give her 10 stars! Keep up the good work Gabby!!!!
