We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    The worst customer service ever. I approached a worker and kindly asked them a question, and they responded with the most hostile tone ever and along with that, made a really nasty face towards me. I usually love shopping at Lululemon, but today I left feeling genuinely hurt and uncomfortable. When I asked a question about a product, the employee’s tone was also cold and dismissive — as if I was bothering her just for asking. I walked out of the store feeling small, like I had done something wrong just for existing there. No customer should ever feel looked down on or unwelcome, especially in a place that prides itself on community and kindness. I hope the management trains their staff to treat everyone with the same level of respect and warmth, no matter who they are or how they look.

    I just went to buy a Gift Card, lady at counter was very nice, it was a quick transaction. I was in-and-out!

    Coming from a place where I have been an educator and a manager at three separate lululemon stores, I feel my experience was literally one of the worst lululemon store experiences I’ve ever had. I understand this store is busy. I also understand it was a weekend day, Sunday. When I walked in, the music was so loud I felt like I was in a low-end retail store like Hollister or Abercrombie. I understand with more foot traffic the music might need to be higher, but it was just awful…the type of 90s vibe, over-the-top “look at me” music that used to draw people in but now quickly causes people to leave. When I finally made my way to the register through the rave, I couldn’t even hear the next available associate say “next guest”. Another associate rudely told me, “she called for you”. Oh, ok excuse me. Then when I was checking out she asked how my experience in the store was, and if you’re going to ask me for my “feedback”, I’d mine as well give it. My mention of the music was met by two Gen-Z individuals who gave me every bit of attitude minus the eye roll. I was chastised, told the store was busy, and it was a Sunday. Wow, yes ok thank you. I am an adult with the ability to understand what day it is and have two functioning eyes in my head that could very well observe it was busy. This was all followed by, “we will turn it down, and when someone asks why we can say because a guest complained, don’t worry about it”. Please do not ask for guest feedback if you don’t genuinely want it. Customer service is dead, and this experience was enough to keep me from ever buying from your store(s) again

    This location and service here is absolutely garbage. They don’t even follow customer guidelines or their online guidelines regarding return policies. I throughly read their online customer service polices and have been a loyal Lululemon customer for over ten years. I’ve shopped in a ton of locations and states. Only at this specific location have I ever dealt with employees who went outside the specifications of the written online policies to actively screw customers over. They find loopholes to ensure you are wrong even if you have done absolutely nothing wrong and have brought products in line with their specifications just ensure you are dissatisfied regardless of years of customer services and brand loyalty. I went to a different location and had a the same positive experience I’ve always had with lululemon. It is THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION which is terribly managed and even specific employees I have dealt with repeatedly who are downright terrible. I do not recommend shopping here to anyone. Bye.
