Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Lululemon in Aventura Mall. The store manager and one of the employees were extremely rude and disrespectful during my visit. I was spoken to in a dismissive and condescending way, and the tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome and singled out.
I came into the store expecting helpful service, but instead left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. As a loyal Lululemon customer, this was shocking and very upsetting.
No customer should feel treated differently or judged when they walk into a store. I truly hope management takes this seriously and focuses on improving professionalism, kindness, and inclusion in this location.

Mostly rude, and downright hostile people work here. You get the feeling they get off on treating customers like trash and judging by past reviews they absolutely get away with it.
If you've had the misfortune of having a bad shopping experience here, don't even bother complaining to the manager as she's part of the problem.
What happened to Lulu lemon? They used to be all about positivity and hired friendly staff. Sad.

Everything about the shopping experience was good, but the staff seemed a little uninterested, like they couldn’t really be bothered to help. Not terrible, just felt like the energy and customer service could’ve been better.

New staff members providing dreadful service and won’t uphold quality promise for something that’s clearly faulty. I spend $1000s a year here and never return. It sucks honestly.

had a fabulous experience today with jolie!! needed some help with sizing and finding a pair of shorts for myself. she was SO beyond helpful and patient, and i am super happy with the pair she recommended!! she was super sweet and def recommend 💕
