  An honest, refreshing step up from Alo in the same mall. After my horrible experience there, I came to Lululemon to see if the fashion industry really was just made up of stuck up teenage girl retail workers. Fortunately, I was proven wrong. Every employee I met here today dazzled me. Alo please do better.

  The manager was very rude and nasty we tried to do an even exchange for my best friend she received a gift for her birthday . But it didn’t fit and the manager would not honor the exchange it was the same exact outfit just a different size and color. It was purchased literally a week ago. But thank you to our cashier he was helpful.I forgot his name but he was a handsome young black man with waves. It was his nasty manager. I will not ever return. We should have just asked for a refund.

  Extremely rude and disrespectful. Very cold toward customers. The employees act like they own the store and they take their job way too seriously. They don’t even get payed good to be acting like that. I don’t recommend. Shop at your own risk.

  The New store and staff are amazing. You cant go into a retail store these days and be acknowledged by anyone, however everyone at This location did. Customer Service was top tier.

  Sales worker Donna was so rude to me will not be returning nasty attitude, nasty face
